Maintenance and Maintenance of Automotive endoscope during use
The inspection and maintenance of automobile engines is becoming more and more common in the automobile maintenance industry, especially for the inspection of some important parts of automobiles, such as engines, cylinders and other objects. Automotive endoscopes have been successfully used to detect and diagnose the wear, carbon deposits, and blockages of automobile engines, cylinders, fuel pipes, engines, mufflers, conveying systems, differentials, water tanks, fuel tanks, gearboxes, etc., and improve work efficiency. The repair cost is reduced, and the damage caused by multiple disassembly and assembly of the mechanical parts is avoided at the same time.
Automotive endoscope washing
①After each case is inspected, the following operations must be carried out
② Wipe the insertion part with gauze to remove the liquid on the insertion part.
Note: Do not press hard on the bent part.
③ Immerse the insertion part of the car endoscope in the washing liquid, gently scrub the insertion part with gauze or soft sponge, and then rinse with water.
④Remove the light guide plug from the light source.
⑤Wipe the operation part with gauze soaked in alcohol.
Storage of Automotive endoscope
①The Automotive endoscope should be completely dried before storage. Pay special attention to the tip and all lens surfaces. Use a dry cotton swab to carefully dry the objective lens and light guide lens.
② The storage place should be clean, dry, well ventilated and maintained at normal temperature, and avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity and X-rays.
③The endoscope should be stored with the insertion tube as straight as possible. If it must be wound into a disk for storage, do not wind the insertion tube tighter than when it is placed in the endoscope box.
