Process Of Obtaining Images By Industrial Endoscope
Industrial endoscopes can perform regular inspections or body inspections on pipes, container interiors, aircraft turbines, blades, engines, combustion chambers, etc., using machines instead of human eyes to make judgments and measurements, and use image capture devices to capture objects It is converted into an image signal and then converted into a digital signal after a series of complex processing. The process of obtaining real-time images of the detected object is the result of comprehensive coordination of multiple technologies. The comprehensive application of computer image processing technology, printing technology, computer network technology, etc. can complete the image capture, storage and processing under the endoscope. Analysis, its main working process is as follows:
1. The positioning monitor detects the object and sends a trigger pulse to the image acquisition part.
2. The image acquisition part sends out start pulses to the camera and lighting system according to the pre-set procedure and delay.
3. The camera stops the current scan and restarts a new frame scan.
4. Before starting a new scan, open the exposure mechanism and set the exposure time in advance.
5. Another start pulse turns on the lighting, and the turn-on time of the light should match the exposure time of the camera.
6. After the exposure, the scanning and output of a frame of image is officially started.
7. The image acquisition part receives the analog signal and digitizes it through A/D.
8. The image acquisition part stores the digital image in the memory of the processor or computer.
9. The processor processes, analyzes, and recognizes the image to obtain the measurement result or logical control value.
10. The processing result controls the movement of the pipeline, performs positioning, and corrects movement errors.
After the dedicated image processing system receives the signal, it is finally converted into a digital signal according to the pixel distribution, brightness, color, etc., and then output and display on the computer equipment. This is the general process.
Precautions for using industrial endoscopes:
1. Industrial endoscopes cannot be used in an environment higher than 200 degrees. Do not wipe the bulb of an industrial endoscope that has just been made under high temperature with a cloth dampened with cold water to avoid bursting.
2. The industrial endoscope is a precision instrument. It should be handled with care. It should not be folded, dropped, or knocked. Otherwise, it will cause the lens in the polished rod to shift, causing the light source to fail to refract and appear invisible.
3. Since the industrial endoscope is an optical product, only by operating it correctly in accordance with the requirements for use can unnecessary damage and malfunctions be avoided
4. When using the industrial endoscope for the first time, you should first connect the power supply and charge it for at least 5 hours to ensure that the battery is fully charged. When the product is not in use, you can often charge the product in order to protect the battery.
5. The suction port of the industrial endoscope is worn out, and it will automatically attract when it is severe. Although the suction volume is small, it directly causes insufficient air delivery and cannot fully fill the stomach. It has been aspirated for a long time. The wrong way to withdraw the attachment will often cause the suction port to wear out. Strengthening the standard operation of industrial endoscope users can avoid this failure.
